With 38 years industry experience, including 26 years as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), I have seen every type of market cycle, but my focus has remained constant: providing high-net-worth families and executives with the technical precision their wealth requires.

Many say they do "comprehensive planning," but my approach is defined by the details. I specialize in helping clients navigate complex equity compensation structures, including stock options, restricted and performance stock, and deferred compensation. My goal is to ensure that every piece of your portfolio works in harmony through advanced asset location and strategic tax withdrawal plans. Our work starts during your working years and continues throughout your lifetime and the transfer of your estate to your heirs.

Beyond the numbers, I am committed to the long-term success of your family. I believe financial planning is a family-wide endeavor; unlike many who focus solely on the primary executive, I work closely with non-working spouses to ensure they are fully prepared and understand the structures we have in place. We are committed to being there "forever"—providing a steady hand during transitions and ensuring no spouse is ever left to navigate their financial future alone.

To help ensure a seamless legacy, we collaborate directly with your estate attorneys and the next generation. Our goal is to mentor your heirs into becoming mathematical stewards of their inheritance, ensuring your wealth is transferred in the most tax-efficient and meaningful way possible. To help ensure this promise of longevity, I am proud to share that the next generation of our own firm is already in training. My son, Dean, is currently attending The College of New Jersey, working toward a degree in Finance. He is set to join the practice in 2027, bringing a fresh perspective while upholding the rigorous standards of stewardship we’ve established over nearly four decades.
